Content Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you post on Photoconnect. By posting content, you grant Photoconnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

Content Removal: Photoconnect reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual Property
Photoconnect Rights: All rights, titles, and interests in and to the app, including all software, text, images, and other content, are owned by Photoconnect or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our prior written consent.

User Content: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post the content you upload to Photoconnect and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
